They are all run from our workroom, which is situated across the courtyard from the main house. It gives easy access to your accommodation. Our workshop is fitted with the latest equipment and tools, all of which are available for your use. Our workshop is large, light and airy, with workbenches at varying heights for easy access. It is fitted with a traditional wood-burning stove, which makes it comfortable in the winter.

There is a separate area with a very large cutting table, an industrial sewing machine, and an over-locker, all of which you will use during your course. The Soft furnishing course is run for one week and will cover all aspects of professional curtain making. All materials are provided for this course, and you will be able to make up small samples to take home with you. The loose-covers course is also run for one week if you wish to make covers for an armchair, or two weeks if you wish to do a sofa.
